This appointment helps us learn about you and your dental needs, allowing us to develop a personalized treatment plan just for you.

What to tell your dentist at your first visit

Be open and honest with your dentist. Share aobut any medical conditions you have, sensitivity concerns, dental problems you are experiencing, or medications that you take. Tell your dentist if you are anxious and fearful of dental procedures. This can help guide the treatment process so you feel more comfortable. At Opencare Dental, our goal is to help you with your oral heallth and provide a positive dental experience.

I had a new patient appointment this morning and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service, patient care, and courtesy shown to me throughout my visit. Larissa at the front counter was welcoming and helpful, Daniel and Alayes were great while taking my X-rays, and Dr. Martin took the time to thoroughly discuss my treatment plan with me. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness of the entire team.

I want to tell you this place is top notch!!! I called on a Sunday and Daniel answered and calmed me down because I had a front tooth fall out. He said he would call me Monday to make an appointment and he did and here I am. All the staff made me feel comfortable as they did many x-rays on my other teeth and took molds of my top and bottom so I can get my mouth piece that will let my smile be perfect again! Thank you for helping me and getting me back to smiling again! My pocket book thanks you also. If you need a great place to go, this is it. 🦷💪

Amazing! They were able to fit me in last minute! The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful! Daniel was also absolutely wonderful; he explained everything thoroughly and was kind, funny, and easy to speak with! Additionally, the dentist overseeing my care was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. They accept the Tricare Dental Program (it’s hard to find civilian providers who will accept it), and they were able to give me an accurate cost assessment of the work I needed which is rare for medical providers dealing with Tricare. I’ll definitely be back and would 100% recommend this practice to friends and family!

I had an amazing experience at OpenCare Dental! I came in with a crown that had fallen off, and they took care of me really well. Dr. Martin was fantastic—professional, skilled, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process.

The dental assistant was great too—super helpful and friendly, The whole team made the experience smooth and stress-free.

They were able to put my crown back on quickly and made sure everything fit perfectly before I left. You can tell they truly care about their patients and the quality of their work.

I had some pretty severe issues that went untreated for quite some time. OpenCare has always been kind, transparent and helpful. They’re always willing to explain available insurance benefits and schedule treatments accordingly. I wouldn’t have a pain free smile without them!

The staff was beyond amazing. Daniel was an amazing worker who made me feel comfortable. They were able to get me in right away. The medical dentist was nice, friendly and gentle. I didn't have much pain during and after. I would highly recommend this location especially for emergencies.

What a great visit had an appointment to get it checked out and get evaluated. They came up with a plan and was able to implement the plan the same day will be going back to finish it up everyone there. Make sure you make sure you’re comfortable. And very attentive thank you guys for everything .

Staff is very pleasant from the time you walk in the door until appt is complete. Grace, Alisha, Dr Martin, and receptionist were great and very helpful the entire time. All costs are disclosed up front which is very important to me as I don’t have dental insurance. I would recommend this office to anyone who needs dental work.
